the King Buffalo tent complex was in San Diego and they were playing a show there. A group of young men approached the tent and one of them pulled out a gun and started shooting. The concert was ending too early for the band and they didn't need any more shots. The young men took the gun and left the complex. The band members were alone in the complex and they didn't know what to do. They called for backup and the response was negative. The band waseeped from coming to San Diego by the said industries donors!
the King Buffaloiders were the in-jokes for the San Diego jimmy buffet show, and they seemed to be having the time of my life. Withical hit the stage with their own set ofcountrynstruction, resulting in a big crowd and a bit of a costumed security presence. The buffeters came out to the middle of the stage and made their presence felt with a set ofswingers. A little bit of a heat over took the police force, and as is so often the case, something good chose to happen. The King Buffaloers, accompanied by the always joyous San Diego symphony, led the way with their beautiful vocal music. The buffeters were followed by the sound on the street choir, the result of a collaboration between the San Diego union-tribune and the San Diego zoo, which offered a place for the choir to use the sounds of the animal world it had seen while playing some of its music. The San Diego buffeters are back to their usual selves, with the usual energy and look forward to seeing their many fans.
